Privacy Policy
Last Updated: December 28, 2024
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") outlines the data handling practices of Nevskiy Intelligence Systems ("Nevskiy", "we", "us", or "our"). By utilizing our dedicated compute infrastructure, sovereign grid services, or related APIs (collectively, the "Services"), you acknowledge and agree to the terms herein. This Policy is designed to comply with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Article 1: Principle of Sovereign Isolation
Nevskiy operates under a strict "No-Inference-Logging" architecture. Unlike standard cloud providers that may retain request logs for "service improvement," our infrastructure is engineered to be structurally blind to customer payloads.
- 1.1 Input/Output Isolation: We do not log, capture, or store the contents of prompts, completions, embeddings, or any other inference inputs/outputs processed by your dedicated clusters.
- 1.2 Model Weight Privacy: Custom model weights uploaded to "Vault" storage are encrypted client-side before transmission. Nevskiy possesses no technical means todecrypt or inspect these assets without the Customer's explicit provision of encryption keys.
- 1.3 Training Data Separation: Under no circumstances is Customer Data utilized to train, fine-tune, or improve Nevskiy's foundational models or any third-party models.
Article 2: Data Collection & Retention
We collect only the minimum set of metadata required for billing, security, and operational stability.
- 2.1 Account Data: Identification information (e.g., entity name, email, billing address) required for account creation and KYC compliance.
- 2.2 Operational Telemetry: Anonymized hardware statistics (e.g., GPU temperature, fan speed, power consumption, network throughput) used solely for maintenance and SLA verification.
- 2.3 Access Logs: Connection metadata (IP address, timestamp, protocol) for the control plane API, retained for 30 days for security auditing purposes.
Article 3: Data Residency & Jurisdiction
3.1 Physical Location: All Customer Data processed on "Sovereign" tier nodes remains physically resident within the declared sovereign jurisdiction (e.g., Zurich-West, Reykjavík-1) unless explicitly migrated by the Customer.
3.2 Legal Disclosure: We do not disclose Customer Data to foreign law enforcement agencies or governments unless compelled by a binding court order issued by a court of competent jurisdiction within the host country of the physical infrastructure.
Article 4: Contact & DPO
